The Rewards Club is currently in beta testing until August 31, with the official Season 1 launch scheduled for September 1. During the beta phase, sellers can modify their tiers and cancel their program by contacting their Account Manager or Whatnot Support.

Getting Started

Those interested in early access to edit tiers for the Season 1 launch can join the waitlist by signing up on the Whatnot platform.

Seller Requirements

To participate in the Rewards Club, sellers must meet specific criteria, including processing a minimum of 50 non-giveaway orders, earning over $1,000 on Whatnot, maintaining a seller rating of 4.8 or above, and adhering to community guidelines.

For Buyers

Buyers automatically become part of a seller’s Rewards Club upon making a purchase. Coupons and rewards can be conveniently managed through the Rewards Club overview page, offering a seamless and rewarding shopping experience for buyers.

Tracking Achievements

Achievements are tracked based on the total amount spent, including taxes and shipping fees. Discounts applied through coupons, however, do not contribute towards achievement progress.

Privacy and Visibility

Members have the option to display or hide their Rewards Badges during live shows, ensuring that privacy preferences are respected and allowing for a personalized experience.
